Activity:
The objective of How to Make a Nice Dessert is relating food with the English Language. Once we have seen vocabulary, expressions, typical situations in restaurants etc... included in Unit 1 Do you like noodles?,
it is interesting to make a funny and atractive activity to relax, enjoy and practice specific vocabulary in a practical way.
Students love sweets and desserts and they love to make them. Therefore, the steps must be clear from the beginning.
Today everybody has heard about cup cakes. Culture and social habits can be related as well.
HOW TO MAKE A NICE DESSERT
NAME --------------------------------------------------------------------
INGREDIENTS
- Cups of waffers or cups of biscuit
- Sponge cake or muffin
- Cream
TO DECORATE
- Small coloured sweet sticks
- Small coloured chocolate sticks
- Chocolate pearls

Chocolate sticks with biscuit
-
Cherries
MATERIAL USED
Sticks
Plates
Spoons
STEPS
First, take the cup of waffer and put it on the plate.
Then, fill it with the sponge cake or muffin. Smash the sponge cake with a
spoon.
After that, make a rose on the muffin with the cream. Making circles.
Finally, decorate with the choclolate pearls, sticks, cherries etc...
to create your dessert.
Enjoy eating it!!!!
